When in Apulia, do as Apulians do. You won’t be disappointed by the wide selection of food in Apulia and Itria Valley: meat specialties (have you ever heard about bombette?), fish specialties and typical traditional dishes like our pasta orecchiette, our fave (broad beans) and the Apulian street food par excellence panzerotto.


We tickle the appetite by offering our guests different breakfast menus, seasonal  products, homemade cakes and biscuits. When possible, we also organize “home restaurant” dinners.

In Cisternino: Mozzarella Bar (drinks with a wonderful view of Itria Valley), Giardini 36 (great Apulian tapas), Micro (the best vegan bar in the area), Il Cucco (restaurant and wine bar), L’Antico Borgo (barbecues), Bar Fod (delicious ice creams and pastries) and Osteria Bell’Italia, charming restaurant in the old town.
